BOOKING CANCELLATIONS. All booking cancellation must be made at least one day before the treatment date. Cancellations made on the same day will loose 50% of payment made.
All requests for changes to or cancellation of booking must be made by email to info@proturhotels.com
All vouchers are valid for 6 months. No extension can be made. Non-use of a voucher does not give the right to reimbursement.
The prices of our products are expressed in euros and include VAT.
Gift voucher subject to availability. The voucher should be handed over on arrival at the chosen establishment.
Protur hotels reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but always respecting the price paid at the time of purchase.
