BOOKINGS. To make a booking for the Spa, a credit card number is required where we will
charge 50% of the cost of the treatment or service.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS. All booking cancellations must be made at least 24 hours
prior to the chosen date. Cancellations made the same day will lose the 50% deposit
already paid.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS. If you suffer any kind of illness or have any physical
problem, please make it known to the reception staff, especially if you have high blood
pressure or vascular problems. Women who are pregnant should also let us know. If you
arrive late for a treatment, the time available may be reduced, therefore we recommend
that you arrive 10 minutes early. It is not recommended to come for a treatment on a full
stomach or under the effects of alcohol. It is not advisable to have excessive exposure to
the sun before treatment. At the centre you will be given towels. For the hydro thermal
circuit swimwear & bath cap are required. Please do not bring jewellery or items of value
with you as we will not be held responsible for any loss or theft. Relax and enjoy the
facilities while at the same time taking other guests into account. Please speak in a low
tone.
